In fact, I bought that Account back then but it has been inactive since months now and i'm willing to sell it. You can use the same KSSN for several Accounts in Korea (I believe you can create 5 accounts per one KSSN iirc)

You need an I-PIN or a Korean phone number to make new accounts. A KSSN is completely useless now.
