got an 20€ Psc (Offline) and I'd like to buy an LoL Account on Euw, Eune, TR or Kr. Im looking for a smurf. I dont care about champs, runes and that stuff. Im just interested in the Elo of the Account. Should be atleast Gold 3+.
Account shouldnt have Ranked Restrictions.
