He played 1 Vouch Game on a Plat 2 Account from me, and i really can recommend that guy.
He was playing ADC - solid plays, nice positioning and good calls.
I guess he can easy boost in Platin Elo.

First two games played (Silver 2 ELO)

1. Defeat 1-11-13 Lulu
2. Defeat 4-6-4 Nautilus

I'm attaching a screenshot, and he is playing the third game right now. I'll post the results of his last game after the game.

Edit 1: Spectated the game, he went early to mid lane just to suicide (Game 3) ^^

Edit 2: Last game Nautilus 3-6-6..

His first to games in High elo seems to show him as really good player - duno what happened

well I can't confirm what that guy in silver said, maybe some bad luck, I have a friend who is Master @ EUNE and Diamond I in EUW and sometimes when I duo'd him on his smurf he also couldn't carry in silver Elo sometimes you just have 4 full retarded teammates that don't listen, feed, ragequit on purpose.

For me he played some games in Gold V and Gold IV and he carried all of them!

Definitely a GREAT booster. Played a game for me (Platinum III elo) and carried easily.
He won my promo too. I can reccomend him to everybody!
