[Buying] EUW Account with many champions

Here is what I am lookin for:

• needs to have 100+ champions
• I am not looking for skins on the account - therefore I am not willing to pay a lot for skins
• preferably unranked or low ranked - therefore I am not willing to pay more for a high ranked account
• I'd like it to be your account but I guess I can not be sure about that. I obviously want to be able to change the email
• I do not care about riot points on the account but I am willing to pay a little more if there is a good amount of IP on it

Those skins push up the price which is what I was not looking for. You can always pm me a price for it but I am most likely not going to buy it because I am looking for something on the cheaper end.
