accounts on RU-server
hi, I want to buy 1-2 not expensive accounts on RU-server with first e-mail. without skins, MMR doesn't matter. medium or little number of champions, primary runes are desirable (ap, ad). didn't buy accounts before. can you say please how to buy it correctly so I won't be swindled?
