Beware of that offer of 180 since it's also too cheap and seems like a scam.
Anyway, we can do it for 250-300 depending on region and LP gain. Payments might be splitted for each division etc.

I'd still be careful, normal price for d1->master is 150-200 euro, definately not from d4

Yes he might risk. If he refuses to request a trade on epvp or he doesn't even tell you to request a trade, he certainly tries to scam. Ask him if you can request a trade and remember he needs to accept the trade before sending the money!

Even with a requested trade a negativ rating for 180€ ? Booster doesnt care, customer lost lots of money...
Just pay for each division just in case.
