Someone trustworthy to make referrals?

Do you know a site, which is trustworthy and would generate referrals?
I would like to pay 10 euro PSC for 10-20 referrals which would play from time to time. So not "I reach level 10, and drop the account". They don't have to come play systematically but sometimes couple rounds so it looks more realistic.

Maybe you would like to gain some cash by generating some referrals for me?
Only for people with significant positive opinion on black market.
You and I, also could make the deal, I get ya 10 euro PSC, you make some between 10-20 referrals? Rule applies like above, if you'd play them from time to time, I'd be glad to earn it.

RAF 3.0 is now 5 Referrals to get all Rewards . So I think taking 10 or 20 Referrals is useless [Maybe you speak about more than 1 accounts , if yes sorry . You're fine]

Yes, you're right, 5 referrals result in getting all the award. But if I get e.g. 7 referrals and then it stops, Riot might suspect a thing. Plus, 10 euro is lowest I can get here and I think I would make someone work more on this 10 euro than just 7 referrals, so if I ought myself 13 referrals for example, this would be less suspicious.
