Hey, i want to buy a Gifting account (17k RP) for 20EUR. And i posted today just to know from who i can buy because i dont want to waste my next day searchin' for gifting accounts.

I will pay with PSC.

It's not just you, i get like 5 PMs and all of them was on EUW region or with 25EUR +.
