Are mobile payments safe?
Hey there, I was just wondering if it was safe to purchase RP when someone uses a mobile payment. Would the acc get banned or anything?

I think Mobile payments are the easiest and one of the best payments, but for some countries they are expensive like hell xD

Its just, in the UK it costs £30 to recieve 4888 yet on here is like 40 euro or so for 9600?

my friend bought RP via mobile payment off some guy and he got banned because other guy didn't pay up phone money or something. It is probably safe however you should look for people who have TBM.

TBM means barely anything lol, been scammed with someone with 450/0/0 they just multi account, So if they don't pay their phone bill in like 2 weeks riot will come back to me and ban me because they haven't received the money?
