Looking for account

Hello, I am currently looking for another account.
Specifically, I need it to be at least Gold 5 but I guess high silver is alright too.
I need like 30+ champs but please not too many skins.

I'm looking to spend up to ~70€

EDIT: Forgot to mention, EUW account preferred and my undeserved "-1" negative is currently in appeal!
