Need some help

Hello there,

I bought a gifting account level 15 but when I try to gift something at the end of a game, it says that I need to be level 15..

Anybody knows how to gift without waiting 14 days of friendship ?

If it's Euw, It got terrible problems, you have to wait and try again. ANd btw, you should have posted at Help section.
