I am looking for an EUW account with all the champ or as many of them as possible. I am not looking for an account that has skins, IP, RP, runes or any specific el rank, I only care about the champs it has.
Of course I need to be able to change the mail of the account.

I already being scammed 3 times in this website so don't even post if you have a negative TBM and don't have at least +30.
