This guy must have received that RP from abusing the refer a friend system. Riot will remove all skins/champs/gifts that were purchased with the RP so the skins will get revoked. Happened with my friends.

The rp was redeemed using the refer a friend system, though the banwave already hit most account though I have some left that haven't been hit. These are the ones I am selling. I am not saying that it is impossible that their RP will get taken though. Thanks

I heard something about if you transfer the Account after gifting some Skin to EUNE, the Account will be unbanned.
A friend of mine gifted me about 15 skins, i still got all, he transfered to EUNE.
Other accounts on EUW are banned from him.
Just a Information.

I cannot give you an exact chance because its very random. There is always a risk but in case it happens, there is no replacement/refund.
