I just bought 2x package 1 for a total of 34.230 RP. I wrote a PM and added him in Skype - he accepted as soon as possible.
He answered me a few questions, I sent him the money via paypal, I received the accounts in under 5 minutes - literally!
Tried the account details, changed pass and mail, logged in and it has the full 17.115 RP mentioned.
