i have 103 referrals in lvl 10,but dont know why riot doesnt let me take the 100 referrals reward,the one of 75 yes,can someone make me 3 or something like that referrals ffor free?maybe doing that works,i want the 10krp reward...

If you already have 103 level 10 referrals, just wait. It took me a few hours before I was able to claim extra 5k rp after getting 150 referrals.
