No dude you can easily win a chargeback even if it wasn't sent as a gift. Look at what the guy above you said. You just have to go through the process and tell them it was a virtual item that you delivered and paypal will side with you 100%. Call in if you want. The buyer will almost never win a chargeback on a virtual item.

paypal will send people after you to collect the negative balance on your account.

im not sure about that.. because if i respond to the claim i have to put the tracking number.. how do i proceed to the dispute if i am required to put a tracking number? i will try and talk to paypal support
