BRONZE or LowSilver ACC EUW - CHEAP

Hello, i'm looking for a Bronze or low silver account.

Skins doesn't matter at all, i wont pay extra for a big collection of skins.

What i need is:
- a complete ad and ap set
- 2-3 Rune Pages
- some champs
