It's most likely because you're a) new and b) don't provide enough information. Plain text is a no go if you wan't to advertise your account.
Do screenshots of all the necessary stuff, like account overview in client, skins (from elophant.com), owned champions, number of rune pages and runes.
While doing this, don't forget to edit out your summoner name on every screenshot it's shown.
Put all those pictures either in a imgur album or upload it on epvpimg.com and link it in your thread.
If you've done this, talk about your price (open for offers or if you have a set price (range) in mind) and also what payment options you're accepting.
Last but not least it'll be the best if you're offering to use a middleman for your service as your new and possible buyers might be afraid of an fishy trade when trading with a new user.
