Need some help/assistance

I purchased a week ago D4>D2 for a costumer of mine. At first i asked this booster to do couple vouch games. He done 2 & won two. Well legit i'd say. I paid him first one division he got my costumer into d3. Then i paid him for D3>D2
and one of the sudden he start losing games dramaticly. I originally gave him to start boosting at D4 60LP. Now a week later the account is in D4 0LP I tried to get him to boost it and win but all he does is saying i have a **** rotation with losses and he never had this issues (When he goes 0/3 in 10min)

I tried to tell him i will chargeback on paypal but he started to say this **** >

What can i do? What should i do? I mean i think he can do it but hes just ******* arround...

I recommend ignoring him and refunding the money, since he failed to deliver virtual goods that you paid for. If you are worried, you can find a VPN such as Hotspot Shield, and log into skype, it will save your skype ip to an ip that hotspot shield changed for you, once you do that log out, and turn off Hotspot shield and create a new skype and avoid him. This will show him a false ip when he resolves your skype username to get your IP.

Just refund your money, that guy probably dont even know how to start his own pc and just found a "hacking guide" ( Which basically is complete bullshit ) on youtube.
He can´t do anything and these are nothing but meaningless threats.

I think it is possible to find someone IP adress from skype and then use it to hack...But i dont think this is the case...

Well i don't really know how to reclaim my money on paypal and what to say, he actually told me i can not reclaim my money because he can easly say he delivered the virtual goods. If anyone could help me process this and what to write to get my money back i would actually pay him/her for her time (5€) or smth.. Please contact me! Or smh

He's right tho as PayPal's buyer protection doesn't cover up for virtual goods.

I've been in this situtation also and sadly you can't get your money back. Of course you can try but if he just answer's to reclaim he gets the money.

But dont take seriously those threats.
