Well I want to buy a smurf account, doesn't matter if in Bronze too.
I want some champs on it, some basic tier 3 runes. that's it.

Cheap, don't bother if you want to a lot of money.. I want as simple and as cheap account as possible just for smurfing.

Checked it out, saw it's only for EUW.. I am looking for EUNE. Anyways, I want a cheap account.. don't need unranked one or one with IP/RP. Just a clean one even in bronze 2-3.

About the ref's, I got perm banned once because of those 100 ref's I bought, somehow I convinced Riot to ban me for 2 weeks instead. Never ever again.

1. Transfer from EUW to EUNE is NOT free!
2. Find out how you got banned in the 1st place.
3. Don't tell your friends that you bought some acc with X rp and Y ip, they prob gonna report you.
4. Don't make a ticket to Riot from a powerlvl acc with or without ref on it.
5. Check to see what type of powerlvl bot/ref bot that seller has.
6. Riot doesn't search for your "illegal" accounts, it only banns them if you get reported / spotlight urself by creating tickets to riot.

7. EPVP rules state, if u get banned for X reason, the seller must provide an additional account for free. And i agree with them.
