I am selling my PBE account containing all champs, many skins, all runes, 20 runepages.
It still has 8k RP on it and about 60k IP, that can be used for name changes or new released champs and skins.
Since it is a PBE account, there is no risk that someone could recover it because it's not bound to an e-mail adress, but simply accessable through ID and password, which can be changed after the purchase
I only accept paypal and would sell it for 8 euros.
