Recruiting Challenger Boosters who are willing to create teams (3v3's) and get them to Challenger.

Requirements are:
- Challenger/Diamond 1 Elo at this moment or late last season
- Have experience with 3v3's at a Diamond/Challenger level
- Play with our boosters at least 5 hours/day when you have a job
