A 150€ must have at least 300€ worth of skins? It takes years to farm the champs and it costs 300€ to boost to Plat.

This Account is definitely worth more than 150€. Of course it won't appeal to those who are after skins but to those that want to have a decent account with many champs/rune pages/decent rank.
