He is actually doing a job for me, and hes very patient. Since I already did about 3 paypal transactions with him, Im sure he wont scam anyone.
The low prices are just normal! Ive saw enough trusted boosters who did jobs for that low price, cause they just started their service.
I can enclose in your context that you think he will scam, not that he is just a spammer.
I have better things to do as getting 20 posts here to post a picture! I think he will think the same way 
Warning other persons is okay, I would do the same way, but you can do it with more respect. You dont have a proof that he is scamming, and everyone should get a chance to sell their services.
Not everyone is EPVP active only! With your warnings, you dont let him have a chance to get a good customer, at least not in plat/diamond, better wait a lil bit longer until you flame in the thread. You could PM him and say to him that its not really legitimate to spam all threads
Btw: spamming has nothing to do with the service itself. Its probably just not really reliable.
