It is done via Skype. Typing is preferred, however calls can be made on demand aswell.
It depends wether you want some general coaching aswell. If you do it's usually an hour of theorycrafting first, depeding on your current elo (lower ranked players usually need more of this part). Once done with theory it's time for practical. This usually includes 1v1's or watching replays of your gameplay together, where we analyze your mistakes, how to fix them, and how to improve on other parts of your play.

He did my placements. But he also gave me a bit of free coaching. Very skilled player, i learned a lot from him.
