Well right now price is somewhat negotiable. I'm not paying more than I would for someone with 100's of feedback rep.

I also won't pay first to someone who isn't exceptionally repped.
Will use a MM at your expense or you do the refs first.

Mainly looking because the highly repped members have some long queues on refs.

I will be paying with paypal. Which I've been verified on for years. Can also provide link to a different website with a bit of reputation showing I don't chargeback.
