Why pick a coach?
Everyone know's how popular is its to be boosted in LoL, and I done it for a long time. But what then? After the boost you keep struggling with the same issues you had before the boost. You even get more frustrated since you cant keep up with the new level of play.
Coaching helps you improve overall, and makes you a better player. Why spend alot of money on something you cant do anyway?

TIPS AND TRICKS:
1) DONT RAGE:
Raging is one of the worst things you can do when you are on the quest for elo. People think its "just a little harmless rage," but by raging you are committing yourself to failure. Just think of what you can do to help your team win instead of what your team is doing wrong. Make it your objective to carry every game and never rage.
2) Always ward:
Warding is clutch. Wards prevent ganks and save you from feeding and no one likes a feeder. I mean feeder really don't have any friends in LoL. Ward your lane and only push when you are warded up. The good thing about this is if they do end up ganking you, just run back and they lose experience and gold by wasting time on you. This also takes pressure of your other lanes. Be smart and always ward up. Once you get in a habit of warding and obtaining vital vision of the map you will see your play improve astronomical. Most people will be surprised that it is not the big things that you do, but more of the constant little things that give you the advantage.
3) Duo With a Skilled Friend:
Duo is a great way that you and a friend can play ranked games and gain a huge advantage. Notice how I said "skilled' friend. Don't duo with your friends that aren't good and never try to help a friend out of elo hell. If a person is in elo hell they are probably there for a reason. This sounds harsh but it is the truth. Duo with bad players won't get you very far. I like to look at duo queues as very complex and love hate relationships. There are very nice to have, but it can be hard to find someone that is similar to your skill level and has the same commitment you have to the game. Sometimes the best thing you can do is to focus on improving your own game; look for a duo but don't rely on it
4)Improve Last Hitting:
This is for you low elo people. Last hitting is clutch in every lane. It determines how much gold you getting and what items you can afford. Make sure you last hit well so you can make the most good and get the best items.
Practice your last hitting in bot games if you have to. It is important that you master this skill because it is essential the game in general.

Exercises:
Exercise 1 - Jungle Creep Rotation
The next time you are playing any character, think about the direction you are going in. Let's say I'm playing Caitlyn, and I want to go from middle lane to top lane for a nice delicious creep wave. But on the way, I'm going to go ahead and mow down some wraiths and golems since I have a bit of time before those creeps get back to my tier two tower, and I want them back in a safer spot so I don't overextend myself for the gold.
As I begin my trek through the jungle, I start wraiths. I want to go ahead and clear these wraiths quickly with a starting attack on the big wraith, an immediate follow up Q and a few more shots on big wraith. But while I'm doing this, I'm going to begin stutter stepping around to the opposite side of the wraiths, towards Red Lizard. I now finish the wraiths and I'm already over by red, when I started from the edge of the jungle. I will then continue upward towards golems, and do the same thing. I start from the jungle near the open entrance to top on the right of the golems and I end near the flat brush entrance to top on the left side of golems. I've not only worked on my animation cancelling, but my stutter stepping, and kiting techniques, while saving myself time on my trek to top. This movement of me going from mid to top to reposition for a desired object, (in this case a large creep wave) is referred to as Rotation. We rotated our position from mid to top. In doing so, we were able to rotate through top jungle, clearing Wraiths and Golems, and reposition in top lane.
Exercise 2 - Doing something instead of doing nothing.
When was the last time you were doing dragon and you were just standing there Auto attacking? Idle hands are the devils workshop and this devil wants you to stutter step. Just practice your animation cancelling and stutter step around. Stick and move. Stick and move. It's boxing, and that dragon is going to feel the wrath of your butterfly floating bee stings. You can do this on a tower too. Did I mention this is huge when it comes to dive positioning? Consider this: You are Ezreal on blue team pushing bottom tier 1 tower with your Taric after you just killed the enemy Nami. Caitlyn is guarding the tower and thinks she is safe to tap on you guys a few times, but doesn't realize the tower is really low. You continue to attack the tower while stuttering up the lane, before Cait realizes it, you are even with her in lane, and her tower is about to drop. She panics. She can either fight, or run, but no matter what it's too late. You are too close to her for her to get away from your mobility, and with a Taric a few steps behind, she better have read my "Abc's to Adc's" series or she's about to feed my boy Ezreal some serious nom noms.
*** Note that this is always a dangerous maneuver if you don't have good map coverage. Overextending on a tower if a jungle is hidden nearby can turn into a quick "OH ^&@* " situation.
Exercise 3 - Doing laps.
You need CS practice. Face it. You do. We all do. I need it. You do too. Until you are landing 190 CS by 18 minutes every game, you still need Cs practice. So go do it. Go into a custom game by yourself and practice CSing. As you do so, begin to do laps around the creeps. See if you can run wide laps around the creeps in lane and still continue to grab every creep. This will work your knowledge of your range, your understanding of your animation windup, and work on your animation cancelling skills. Take note of how often you stop running, on if you are continuing to move smoothly, or if monitoring creeps hp is causing you to mess up your movement. Take note if you are moving towards a creep as you click it, or if you are simply quick shooting it without having to adjust your pathing. As simple as this sounds, I 100% guarantee that this exercise will single handedly improve your ADC play more than anything else you can practice. It will improve not only your CSing skills, but by improving your ability to continue movement in lane, you will learn how to deal with harass and dodge skill shots while continuing to keep that creep score big pimpin! THROW UP THE ROCK! No Malphite, it was a jay-Z joke. That thing is so dense. He never gets my jokes, and I'm turnin em out like a factory. Yeaaa! (I think I'm hilarious...)
