Are there any accounts out there with every champion and skin ever? Or at least something close to it? How much would it cost? I'm interested in buying.

220 skins still isn't close to what I want.

Also, you should be really wary of scammers. In a potential transaction as this there will be a lot of money involved, and it's so **** easy to recover an account if you are the original owner of it. An account with nearly all skins (Including rares I assume: Black Alistar,UFO Corki, also King Rammus). you're going to be paying a **** ton of money for it. Black-alistar itself is a $150-$200 and just for a level 1 account. Then you have those other ones which could add around $20 -$30.
Wish you luck on trying to find this, but its not really worth it.

Yeah, some guy scammed me out of $700 yesterday. I find it strange since he had some feedback from people saying he was legit. It's not too big of a deal though, just a waste of my time. My credit card company refunds my money back to me and sends a notification to the scammer requesting the scammer pays the money back. If the scammer doesn't, my company takes legal action against them. I've been scammed quite a bit on TF2 buying and selling Unusuals and that's how it's always gone.

Got nothing near all skins, but I guess its something. 105 champs, 115 skins (quite a lot of rare/limited ones), nearly all runes and 12 rune pages, over 20 icons, platinum rating since s2 etc... Poke me on skype for more info.

I guess to broaden the criteria a little:

The account doesn't have to have all skins. Just all skins that aren't obtainable anymore and legacy skins, etc.
