As you can see from the screen he carried the game hard as Sivir despite having a rough team, hardly any runes/champs to choose.
I watched the game and he's an amazing adc, friendly towards enemies, not flaming teammates etc.

Great and a nice Guy. Did a Vouch Game in Silver with Sivir and a Platin Game even he doesnt boost in Platin with Kayle. He did good. Give him now a job and looks how it goes.
