I am sorry for going offline as our house had a black out. We understand why we went 10-7 due to one of our boosters overestimating himself. We have temporarily terminated his actions in our services for a bit. We have completed your vouch for two divisions as our first was not to our standards. Please be informed that there are MULTIPLE boosters and some are inexperienced . We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you enjoy Plat III now as we used our most consistent boosters to finish your vouch up in order to make up the terrible start we had. Nice match history and Riven/Kha KDA btw. Again, we are so sorry for the first day as customer satisfaction is top priority. We wouldn't sleep until our job is done!
