I told you that I was busy with orders and unable to complete your order for the time being as I was already busy with other orders.. If you're impatient then that's fine and I can refund which i already have. Also, paypal protects sellers when it comes to virtual goods and If i were to scam, i could've disputed the payment and won your claim since you paid for a service in the form of LoL ELO.

I still don't see why your making such a fuss since i already refunded you over 15 hours ago.
