Don't trade with him. He gives you a paypal adress then says the money hasn't arrived - then he says that he can give you the skins for free just needs your LoL Account to login because he wants you not to use the codes again (that's what he said) - After i gave him a smurf (lvl30 unranked no champs) he went instantly offline in skype.

That's my story so don't trust him!
