No,i got it on any server expect euw,eune and na.
Tested on the others servers,sold it on KR also.
You have to transfer to get the code,thats why the price is reduced.

Someone pre-order a skin for BR.
I will not sell this skin again,so dont ask me for euw/eune/na/oce, i sold them there already .
Keep in mind that you must transfer to get the skin!
