ist es möglich einen skin code der nur noch bei eune&oce verfügbar ist, für euw verfügbar machen zu lassen vom riot support?

hat jemand erfahrung mit sowas?

If i translate it well. Yes,you can use multiply a skin code to all regions

I think he wants to active an oce/eune skincode at euw with sending a ticket to the riot support. I don't think its possible, but good luck
