Edit: after your previous account got banned the first thing you do after you created a new account is continueing with making 'drop hack method' threads. Isn't that what got you banned?

Edit: There is a difference between a drop hack and ddos'ing someone.
-With a drop hack you dont need an IP + port
-DDOS'ing does need an Ip + port
