That makes it banable for him since hes boosting the other person on a different IP that the original account is being made/played on. And if the raise of elo is too obvious in a short period of time with a different IP attached to it, it is.
But you should be safe.

So to be clear(my english not too good): It is not a bannable offense for me to duo queue with an elobooster boosting someone elses account(someone who also bought an eloboost at him)? Since its duo queue...

So far as i know not.
Its impossible to blame you, since you 'couldnt' know it was an elobooster.
Could of been an elobooster on your 'friends' account.
