Looking for OCE Elo Boost

Looking for an OCE Elo Boost before the season ends. I'm currently Bronze 1 with 51 lp and looking to get to Gold 5-3 preferably through Duo queue.

I'm willing to pay up to $120 NZD (about 110 AUD) I don't mind paying in USD either if the booster doesnt mind playing with average ping.

I pay through paypal only.

Trusted boosters preferred but not required.
