That guy sell riot points more exensive then riot shop.
Are 35% for mobile payment. But dont see any advantage buying from him instead riot shop paypal payment.

Look at the threads in this blackmarket , u'll find them , idk if they are all trustfull, cuz some of them use stolen/fake credit card to get thme, so ur account can be banned
