Silver 5 -> Silver 1 = $40/division

Payment
All payments will be done through paypal. The payment format I use is 75% of the total amount up front, and then 25% halfway through, which is safe for both myself and the customers. (Challenger slots will be paid upfront BEFORE boosting the team)
