He got me from bronze 2-silver 5 in little less then 12 hours (that was with sleeping and all) Solid player, great jungle player. Very nice guy, would highly recommend him and use again, all in all very pleased. After talking to him, he was willing to wait until he got to Bronze 1 LP100; until he got payment so to show he wasn't a scammer.
p.s. When i bought my plan, i also got a game of coaching from him, haven't used it, but I'm sure it will be very helpful
Pros-great customer service, friendly,get's through games asap to get you back playing your account and knows how to carry/win games
Cons-Dosn't offer free carries to plat (this is a joke)
