Seems that I got scammed!

Logged in to the acc and noticed some mastery pages were written in Danish but the seller is German and I got suspicious so I started asking people on the friend list if they know the owner of the acc and one Danish guy wrote "It is my friends acc and he got hacked", he hooked me up with the owner and after I verified that it was really his acc (He knew the login name etc) I gave him it back and in return he gave me a smurf acc lvl 28.

So now I gotta file a claim with Paypal. I hope I will get my 22€ back because I sent them as purchase of goods so I get buyers protection. The seller wanted me to send it as gift probably because he thought that I am stupid and do not know that if you send as gift that you can not file claim.
