y,there is a chance =) just text the support why he is banned, had the same
my problem was the name,had too much reports for the name "GAY TEEMO" but i got a free namechange and the friendly support gave it back =) dont be scared they are pretty nice

Problem is becouse i realy dont know why i perma banned. No offense name,no boosting,no flame.. I hope they will answer me soon..
