Hi, I want to sell one gamescom code from the ticket that unlocks you the Arcade Hecarim/Riot Blitzcrank skin after gamescom ends. I have all proof that the code is real(picture of the ticket and the code on it). If youre interested PM me or invite me on skype. Offers from 5 to 10 euro. If you're lower tbm than me, you go first if higher we will either use a middleman or I'll go first.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about the rewards not about the code.

And yes, if you didn't get it by now you should probably assume you got scammed, since they said everyone would have their skins by 02/09. On the other hand, waiting a little bit more might still be an option.

Weren't the skins given in the next 5 days starting from 2 sept? so 2-7 sept ?

No, the site was available for three days after the end of Gamescom (till August 28). And the skins (and their respective champions) were going to be unlocked within the next five days, ending the September 2.
