I got a -1?

Hi, I got a -1 tbm for a trade that really didnt even happen.

I was buying a team for 300 USD, the deal was I would pay $100 USD, he would give me the team, then I would pay the remaining $200 USD.

He then said I had to pay 100 euros instead of $100 USD, I agreed and sent it, keep in mind he changed it from $100 USD to 100 euros AFTER I had sent the 100 USD. Then he said I had to send the remaining money before I got the team and asked for a refund. He said he did not have the money and he sent it to his reseller so I charged back and he left me a negative TBM. What can I do about this?

Give him a -1 in response and post an appeal to get it removed.

link the Trade (u can find here )
post all proof possible inclduing PP transactions etc (cover ID etc...)
you should also PM the guy who gave u negative with a link to the post after posting the thread.
