$70 RP for Elo Boost

Hey guys, I'm currently Bronze V with 22LP and normal gains and losses. I can't stand Bronze anymore. I can use my card only in the lol store. Would anyone be willing to boost me to Silver V on the NA servers for $70 worth of RP. You can do it after you wait the two weeks if you want, but I just can't stand bronze anymore. I would do it I played for 3 years in NA but now transfered to EU but I don't know if y ou can buy RP in EU with dollars,can you?
