Pax TF is always NA - u can contact the riot-support and they will activate the code on EUW if u got a photocopy from it.

The other day I wanted to use a MM to buy this code, a faker ended up adding me and trying to do a deal with me that way. Be wary, and don't go first. Also, if you end up using a MM for this be sure to double check their skype and always ensure you get a PM from them.
