As the title reads I'm looking for an account as I can't be bothered leveling one on my own. EUW is prefered as that is my main server, but will look at offers from other regions as well, but will possibly need a discount as I will be transfering it to EUW.

I do not care at all how many skins it has or what league it is in, as I am fully capable of climbing the ladder myself :3 please PM/leave a reply with account info and your price!
