SCAMMING IN GERMANY

Hey guys. Please don't lock my thread, i know it's most likely in wrong section, so please just move it to a right one if that's possible.

Can anyone who lives in Germany answer me a simple question about our police. If i got scammed for 75€, will our police do anything about it, will they care if i report that or there is some kind of money limit that has to be reached that our police "care" and go do some steps? Please only those guys who are sure about it, i would appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Are you from Germany? What can our police do? Will they find that guy, arrest him, charge him for something?

Antworte einfach mal auf deutsch.
Eine Anzeige kannst du generell stellen, allerdings stehen bei niedrigen Beträgen wie 75€ die Chancen nicht schlecht dass das Verfahren wegen mangelnder gesellschaftlicher Interesse eingestellt wird.

Du kannst das ganze über ein Mahnverfahren weiterlaufen lassen um einen Titel zu bekommen, aber das kostet dich weit mehr und das Geld siehst du ohnehin nicht wieder. Das wäre quasi der einzige Weg der dir bleibt wenns dir nur ums Prinzip geht den Typen dranzukriegen

I dont know exacatly, if u have to choose the lander wide side or if u can stay on this regional. But the thing is the same read the text and writte a email to police. In 2-6 Month u will get an answer, or not. This is the only way, i guess lawyer would be too expensive for 75 euro.
