LoL Refs
i recently got scammed buy a guy who told me he was going to give me 100 referrals for $30. He looked legit but it turns out he wasnt. If anyone wants to know his skype is z3hero3z or Derpentologist.... Anyway so i didnt get the refs but i did get 100 level 1 accounts that he didnt touch. if anyone is willing to level those up using a bot or anything like that i would gladly appreciate it. I am willing to trade something or pay $10 max since my budget for this whole thing was $40 and i already got scammed of $30 of it. Contact me via my skype:CheezePenguin

Youre sure he scammed you? Did you wait atleast 3 days because Riot needs some time (1~3days).

I understand why he didn't want to buy it from you, and I understand that you cant have unlimited hardware to do the refs asap, but as this guy said in his thread earlier, he needed them asap. And atm there are lots of legit ref sellers who can do it on 2-3 days, and they are way cheaper than both of you..
