I don't think potentional buyers would care if he worked for someone or not, higher tbms helps a lot, trust me, it will also allow him to set up his prices a bit.

I agree with that. But I don't like those "beggers" with 0/0/0 asking for free Vouches, IF he's going to vouch then for trusted people.
He already has jobs running :P
